Angelica

Angelica is a Lagree instructor since 2025, bringing a deep passion for total-body wellness and a commitment to strength, movement, and pushing past limits.

When she's not teaching, you can find her taking classes, training with friends, or exploring studios in new cities—always seeking inspiration and growth.

Her classes are rooted in intentional programming, designed to deliver a serious burn and real results-because what you put in is what you get out.

Dylan

Dylan was born and raised in Manila and moved to Las Vegas in 2019. A Lagree instructor since 2025, she is certified in Lagree 1.0 and 2.0 and is also a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant currently completing her Master's in Occupational Therapy. Her background in rehab and injury prevention shapes her approach to Lagree — delivering strong, challenging workouts with a focus on safety, longevity, and results.

Katie

Katie has called Las Vegas home for most of her life. With a foundation in Pilates and a personal journey rehabbing scoliosis, she was naturally drawn to Lagree for its slow, controlled intensity and powerful results.

Her classes are high-energy and intentionally challenging — designed to meet you where you are while pushing you to your edge. Expect the shake, the burn, and the kind of strength that stays with you long after class.

Summer

Originally from Texas and now a longtime Las Vegas local, Summer brings over 10 years of experience in Pilates and barre, and recently added Lagree to her movement journey in 2025.

With a background in rehab-based Pilates, her classes are deeply rooted in form, control, and intention. She's passionate about creating a balanced experience for the body, mind, and spirit.

You can expect uplifting energy, mindful movement, and to leave her class feeling stronger, more confident, and completely empowered

Kyle

Kyle Tanguay has been teaching fitness since 2023 and is passionate about sharing his knowledge of movement with clients of all levels in every class. His journey began in dance at the age of 10, eventually leading him to earn a BFA in Dance from the University of the Arts in 2020.

Originally from Rochester, New Hampshire.

When he's not in the studio, you can find Kyle performing in the ensemble of Awakening at Wynn Las Vegas.

Kyle brings energy, artistry, and intention to every class.

Makaila

Makaila, originally from California, discovered her love for Lagree over a decade ago in Los Angeles. She is currently Level 2 certified, as well as a certified holistic nutritionist, Pilates instructor, and kids yoga instructor. She continues to expand her expertise through advanced certifications in perinatal and postnatal movement.

Makaila's classes are intentional, refined, and results-driven-designed to build strength, confidence, and long-lasting transformation.

Expect thoughtful programming, elevated energy, and just the right amount of fun to keep you coming back for more.

Rachael

Rachael is trained in Lagree, Pilates, and yoga, bringing a balanced blend of strength, control, and mindful movement to every class.

Expect an endurance-driven workout designed to push your limits, build strength, and leave you feeling like a total powerhouse. Whether you're brand new or ready to level up, Rachael brings the perfect mix of challenge, motivation, and good vibes to keep you coming back for more.

Aria

Aria was born in Seattle, Washington, and relocated to Las Vegas in 2023. She discovered Lagree in 2020 and immediately felt a deep connection to the method.

Inspired by its impact, she became Lagree certified (Levels 1 & 2) in 2025 and now shares her passion by supporting others on their fitness and recovery journeys. Her classes are designed to be both accessible and challenging, delivering real, lasting results for every client.

Before transitioning into the fitness industry, Aria spent over 20 years in corporate real estate and title insurance-bringing a grounded, professional, and intentional approach to everything she does.

Renee

Renee is certified in Lagree and also holds certifications in Barre, TRX, and Pilates. With three years of coaching experience, she brings a dynamic and intentional approach to every class.

Her classes focus on form, control, and pushing you just outside your comfort zone — with plenty of pulses to challenge and strengthen your muscles along the way.

Kelsey

Kelsey is originally from Montana and has called Las Vegas home for the past seven years. She is a licensed massage therapist, specializing in deep tissue massage, structural bodywork, and myofascial release to help clients move better and feel their best.

A Lagree Level 2 instructor, Kelsey brings her strong understanding of anatomy into every class — delivering precise, high-energy workouts focused on strength, control, and results.

Brooke

Originally from Pennsylvania, Brooke moved to Las Vegas to pursue fashion buying with Zappos—where she discovered the Lagree method and quickly fell in love. Certified since 2020, she also brings experience as a licensed esthetician and Pilates-trained instructor, creating a well-rounded, intentional approach to movement.

Her classes are energizing, supportive, and seriously effective—blending lighthearted vibes with a signature burn that delivers.

Expect a little sweetness, a lot of spice, and a workout that leaves you feeling strong, confident, and empowered.

Bella

A California native raised in Las Vegas, Bella is not only a powerhouse in the studio but also a full-time law student at the William S. Boyd School of Law, with a background in psychology and criminal justice.

With 16 years of competitive gymnastics, dance, and cheer, Lagree was a natural next step in her movement journey. Her classes are high-energy, empowering, and guaranteed to bring the burn.

Ashley

Since 2020, Ashley has been immersed in the fitness world, becoming a Certified Lagree Instructor in 2024. With a strong foundation in personal training, she brings intention and expertise into every class.

With a Master's degree in Kinesiology and advanced Level 2 Lagree training, Ashley leads with precision and purpose-creating classes that challenge, strengthen, and support every client.

Her sessions are energizing, empowering, and designed for all levels. Expect the shakes, the burn, great music, and a class that leaves you feeling stronger every time
